With a snowy and windy start at the US Open today, the women did not have an easy ride in the finals it seemed, except for Jamie, who dominated from her first run on. She was showing her smooth signature style on her winning run Gap to boardslide  - 50:50 to Frontside Boarslide -50-50 to backside 180 Tailtap out – Cab 720 Nose Grab – Switch backside Indy – Frontside 720 Mute Grab; that has already turned a classic.

Jamie shared the podium with Spencer O’Brien (CAN) in second place and Burton European Open winner Isabel Derungs (SUI) in third. Isabel Derungs showed some progression in her trick choice, by going with a Backside Rodeo

Jamie Anderson (USA) takes her 3rd World Snowboard Tour title, after winning here at the US Open, just beating Silje Norendal who had been leading most of the season with her 2 X Games gold medals. With Silje missing finals here in Vail, Jamie had yet another chance to reclaim her Tour title and with her smooth runs she showed that she still is the best Slopestyle rider overall.
