Now I'm 40 I was getting concerned with my fitness and over all well being inside my body. I work out 5 days a week in the gym and was starting to get aches and pains like I had never had before. After two weeks of working out and taking the vitamins religiously I really noticed a difference after my workouts especially getting up in the morning, no aches and pains and after a while it became second nature to feel good. I have never taken supplements before as like many I don't really believe in them, if you eat a healthy diet you should be ok. But turning 40 my body has changed I can definetly feel that, I cant expect to be able to continously do the same vigorous workouts year after year without my body turning around and saying hang on let me catch up here!!!!
I know you can't physically see results with many vitamins but you can feel the difference inside. The Vitamin C 1000mg has definetly helped keep the bugs away when so many of my colleagues in the gym come in with colds and flu. The Glucosamine Sulphate has helped a huge amount with how I generally feel the aches and pains when I get up in the morning have gone and together with the Star Flower which has been a massive help with hormone balance my menstral cycle cramps disappeared and the tiredness was non-existant which I am over the moon about I just hope it lasts.
I was advised to take single supplements so you know how much of each vitamin you are actually getting.
Taking the Recovery XS after my workouts helps immensely as I recover quicker and I can really feel the difference, I take it immediately after working out and it's now just part of my workout like brushing your teeth. I have been converted which I never thought I would be, but sometimes you have to listen to your body and not just say thing "oh it's just me getting older", there are supplements you can take to help yourself with everyday life and if you are thinking along the same lines MY PROTEIN is a great place to start.

I think they have a good range very inexpensive and on hand to answer any questions you might have as starting out can be a bit daunting.
They also a good range of clothing including t-shirts which they were nice enough to send over for us to use while working, very inexpensive, good quality and they wash up really well.
