MOVE OVER MAGIC BULLET AND OXI-CLEAN,
HERE COMES WOMEN'S FOOTBALL
AND ICKEY WOODS!

Nashville, TN - Taking a page from the most successful companies in marketing, the upstart National Women's Football Association has produced a 30 minute infomercial and is planning a nationwide broadcast campaign starting March 31, 2007.

Catherine Masters, CEO and Founder of the NWFA, has extensive credentials in television and used her knowledge and expertise to produce and place the infomercial on networks across the country. Produced by Nic Dugger, CEO of TN DV, the infomercial will include footage from the National Women's Football Association's games and information about the league, it's players and coaches and its many teams around the country.

The host for the show is Nashville's own Chuck Hamby. Hamby is a local grown talent who will be making his debut on the NWFA infomercial. Also included in the infomercial is former NFL and Cincinnati Bengals' great running back, Ickey Woods, famous for his "Ickey shuffle". "The NWFA is a great league and I am proud to be an owner of one of the teams," he states.

During the course of the campaign, the infomercial will be broadcast to over a hundred million of homes around the country. It will also be available on Indietv.tv, Google video and the league's website.

No other sports league has ever taken this kind of step to promote itself and that alone, should create quite a buzz. "It's innovative thinking and creative marketing that will make our league a household name. We've got a really great product and we believe that once people find out about it, our attendance will rocket. This infomercial is designed to let millions of people know about the National Women's Football Association. If we are half as successful as the Magic Bullet or Oxi-Clean, we'll be thrilled," states Masters.

In addition to increasing the awareness for the National Women's Football Association, Masters hopes that it will also create some interest from Madison Avenue. "We know there are some great companies out there that are looking for ways to promote their products. The NWFA is positioned to help them do just that. We've got 40 markets, thousands of fans and an exciting new sport. For a company that wants to get a big bang for their bucks, we are the ticket. Women's sports are hot and the NWFA's women's tackle football is one of the hottest tickets in sports," she states.

WOMEN'S FOOTBALL LAUNCHES
NEW WEBSITE!

The National Women's Football Association (NWFA) has announced the launching of a totally revamped website. The site, located at womensfootballcentral.com is much easier to navigate and offers visitors a lot more information about the league, players and coaches of its 40+ teams around the country.

"We had our staff work on this for several months and while it is still a work in progress, we feel the new site really pops out and makes our visitors want to stay and explore all of the different areas," states league CEO, Debby Lening. The site's web developer, Christy Velez is a new addition to the NWFA staff.

Another great feature of the new website is live streaming video which will debut in several weeks. A major announcement of this exciting partnership will be made soon.

Masters, the CEO and founder of the NWFA has an extensive background in television and feels that this is a big step in helping more people around the country become fans of the NWFA and its teams.

The new site has already been a huge hit with the number of unique visitors setting records! "We couldn't be happier with our new site and we will continue to use the latest technology to make our presence on the net even more successful," Masters states.

West Virginia Wonders Name GM

The National Women's Football Association is pleased to announce the signing of Dave Taylor as the General Manager of the West Virginia Wonders. The Wonders are an expansion team for the 2008 season.

Taylor is also coaching the team. "I love the game of football, and I love West Virginia....so combining those with the fact I can be a part of the 1st women's football team is more than exciting," states Taylor. "We have athletes from all backgrounds and former sports such as basketball, softball, and rugby. Make no mistake, these ladies want to hit, and learn the game. I'm proud to say that the Wonders offense has made huge progress in our "unique" system that we use. The execution and decision making is excellent, and to be honest, its a style of football that's fun to watch. There's starting to be more of a buzz in the area about the team. I tell the team every practice, we're gonna win some games, and there's no doubt in my mind we will. This is a hard working team, and if you want to learn the game and be a part of something fun and exciting, then feel free to contact the league or me to find out the location of our next open tryout," adds Taylor.
