Oomi Noodles

OOMi Noodles

A Great new product designed to help you fix a quick snack or meal, well in my case that's what I used them for.
Some nights time is something I don't have so the OOMi Noodles was a perfect way to eat something heavy in protein and low in carbs after a long day at work and a trip to the gym. I had the OOmi with veggies and chicken and oyster sauce one day then sweet chilli the next. So easy to cook and it takes seconds, heat the oil and away you go.

If you are looking for a snack you can keep in the fridge and toss in the pan with no time needed, your not having to worry about all those loaded carbs then why not stock up and an added bonus they are also in Tescos from this week.

But things have moved on since then, the Paleo Diet has taken the world by storm, NutriBullets adorn shop shelves and ‘normal’ noodles sit next to Udon noodles, curried noodles and low carb varieties.
