The Marista 600 is the first tent from Vango we have reviewed so I didn't really know what to expect. We went to Dartmoor for a weekend and took 5 bodies with us. For us the tent ticks all the right boxes, roomy, good head height and stayed stable in the wind and rain.
It was outstanding, no leaks and no movement, can't ask for more then that!
The main selling attraction of the Maritsa 600 would be the large living area and sewn in porch. Not being able to open both zips at once is a niggle but only a minor one. Overall, thoroughly pleased with it. Found it difficult to put up the first time. 45 to 50 minutes a more accurate time for putting up. Only real disappointment is the quality of the inner tent material. The lining frayed away from the zip on one of the inner tents and a toggle that connects it too the main tent has frayed too. Overall, great tent, very spacious for growing teenage children! Had high winds and rain first few days but remained very sturdy and dry.
Well Done Vango9/10
The non-standard steel poled tunnel design of the Maritsa, features a front entry porch, large living area and bedrooms to the rear of the tent. If you require, one of the rooms. Vango's family tent range couples great design and great performance. All our family tents are developed to be easy to put up, technically sound, feature packed and excellent value for money.
