Kent’s Claire Aitken wins Critchley Salver




Already this season the in-form 21-year-old from The London has won the Hampshire Rose and the Roehampton Gold Cup, which she shared with professional Kirsty Taylor.

Claire also reached the quarter-finals of last week’s English ladies’ close championship at Littlestone in her home county of Kent.

At Sunningdale, Claire left the field trailing when she returned a five-under par total for the 36-hole event.
