England Women took five late wickets across a dramatic final hour on day two of the LV= Insurance Test at Bristol.
Shafali Verma (96) and Smriti Mandhana (78) had taken their team to 167-0 but the late flurry of wickets saw the visitors close on 187-5, 209 in arrears.
Sophia Dunkley had earlier made a maiden Test half-century on debut - and Anya Shrubsole raced to 47 from just 33 balls - as England declared on 396-9.
