Another busy weekend of Women’s Six Nations action saw England augment their position at the top of the standings, while France keep up the chase just behind.
On a Sunday that saw Italy’s clash against Scotland postponed due to an increase of Covid-19 cases in the Milan area, the two remaining games nevertheless delivered on entertainment.
France kicked off the day in style, beating Wales 50-0 on the road, before England responded in kind to topple Ireland 27-0 in Doncaster.

Though Wales were beaten on the day, Kelsey Jones stressed that they’ll soon be back and stronger than ever.
England celebrated a third win from three as they continue their Women’s Six Nations title defence in style.

Meanwhile Eimear Considine believes that Ireland can take positives from their second-half display.
